Swayambhunath literally means 'Self-Existent One.' Believed to have been established more than 2,500 years ago, an inscription dated 460 AD states that construction was carried out by King Manadeva. Also known as the Monkey Temple for the holy monkeys living in the North West.

• Morning: Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square (UNESCO) — home to around 50 temples including Hanuman Dhoka, Parvati Temple, the Great Bell and Drum, Bhairav, and Taleju Temple
• Swayambhunath Stupa (UNESCO) — the ancient Buddhist stupa atop a hill with iconic all-seeing Buddha eyes and panoramic valley views
• Afternoon: Visit Patan Durbar Square (UNESCO) — Krishna Mandir, the Golden Gate, Hiranya Varna Mahabiar (Golden Temple), and Mahabouddha

Royal Chitwan National Park today stands as a successful testimony of nature conservation in South Asia. This is the first national park of Nepal established in 1973 to preserve a unique ecosystem significantly valuable to the whole world.

• 07:30 AM: After breakfast, drive to Chitwan (approximately 160 km, 5–6 hours)
• Upon arrival, check-in at resort and free time till lunch
• Lunch at resort
• The park covering a pristine area of 932 sq. km is situated in the subtropical inner Terai lowlands — home to more than 43 species of mammals including the endangered one-horned rhinoceros, tiger, gharial crocodile, wild elephant, four-horned antelope, sloth bear, and many more
• Afternoon: Tharu village tour — an exciting 1.5–2 hour ride exploring local culture
• Evening: Slide presentation by jungle expert on the history and wildlife of Royal Chitwan National Park
• Dinner & Overnight: Resort in Chitwan

You'll have an excellent chance of spotting one-horned rhinos, deer, monkeys and some of the more than 530 species of birds. If you're extremely lucky, you may spot a leopard, wild elephant or sloth bear — though the once-in-a-lifetime chance to spot a majestic royal Bengal tiger is the premier attraction.

• Morning: Elephant-back safari — ride on elephant to explore the jungle and wildlife for 2–3 hours. Spot the one-horned rhinoceros, deer, monkeys, wild boar, bison, sloth bear, leopard, and if lucky, the royal Bengal tiger
• Bird Watching — Chitwan is home to more than 530 species of birds. Our specialist will help you identify Cormorants, Herons, Egrets, Storks, Cranes, Woodpeckers, Hawks, Osprey, Falcons, Kingfishers, and many others
• Lunch at resort
• Afternoon: Canoe ride in the Rapti River to visit Crocodile Breeding Centre, followed by a visit to the Elephant Breeding Centre, and jungle walk back to hotel
• Evening: Tharu Stick Dance — farmers of nearby villages show their traditional skills and dances

Pokhara is a remarkable place of natural beauty. Situated at an altitude of 827m and 210 km west of Kathmandu valley, the city is known as a center of adventure. The serenity of lakes and the magnificence of the Himalayas rising behind them create an ambience of peace and magic.

• After breakfast, drive to Pokhara (approximately 150 km, 5–6 hours)
• Half-day sightseeing:
• Devi's Fall — a lovely waterfall where the Pardi Khola mysteriously disappears into an underground passage
• Gupteswore Cave — one of the largest caves in Pokhara, dedicated to Lord Shiva
• International Mountain Museum — chronicling the history of mountaineering in the Himalayas
• Evening: Free in Lakeside for rest or personal activities
• Overnight: Hotel in Pokhara

The sunrise above the Himalayan range is spectacular from Sarangkot View Tower. The facility of binoculars is available to grasp the closest view of Annapurna Mountain Ranges. We start our trip early morning around 5 a.m. to Sarangkot.

• Early Morning: Drive to Sarangkot (around 5 AM) for the legendary Himalayan sunrise — watch the first light paint Annapurna, Machapuchare (Fishtail), and Dhaulagiri in golden hues. Binoculars available for closest mountain views
• En-route visit Bindabashini Temple — the white pagoda-styled temple dedicated to Hindu goddess Durga, of great religious importance to Pokhara's Hindus
• Back to hotel for Breakfast

• AM: Visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square (UNESCO) — 18 km east of Kathmandu. Highlights include the Lion Gate, the Golden Gate, the Palace of Fifty-five Windows (built in 1427), and the magnificent Nyatapola Temple and Dattatreya Temple
• PM: Visit Pashupatinath Temple (UNESCO) — the oldest Hindu temple in Kathmandu, dating back to 400 AD. Situated on the banks of the Bagmati River, the richly-ornamented pagoda houses the sacred linga of Lord Shiva
• Boudhanath Stupa (UNESCO) — the Vatican of Tibetan Buddhism, the world's largest Buddhist stupa. Circumambulate the base surrounded by 108 small images of Dhyani Buddha and prayer wheels
• Evening: Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant — enjoy traditional Nepalese cuisine, classical folk music, and elegant dances in beautiful, glittering costumes. Experience Nepal's rich and diverse culture
